Pepathary (by Techlathery LLC) stores everything you enter — your medications, doses, labs, weight, workouts and walk routes — on your own device. There is no account and no Pepathary server holding your data, so you are always in full control of it and can delete any of it, or all of it, at any time inside the app.
This permanently erases all of your data from the device, including your regimen, history, labs, weight, workouts and walk routes.
Because your data lives only on your device, uninstalling Pepathary removes all of your data too. Nothing is left behind on any server, because there is no server.
Your health data. Pepathary does not send your regimen, doses, labs, weight, workouts or routes to any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or for you to request back from us. Your data exists only on your device and only for as long as you keep it there — it is gone the moment you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
The optional Walk/Run map draws your route using a third-party map service; this is used only to display the map while you use the feature and is not stored by Pepathary. Optional features you turn on yourself (such as the AI helper, which uses your own key) are described in our Privacy Policy.
If you buy Pepathary Pro or the Reconstitution Calculator, the purchase itself is handled by the app store, and a record of what you bought is held by RevenueCat, the service we use to check whether your subscription is active. That record is a purchase history - what was bought and when. It contains none of your health information, which never leaves your device.
To have that purchase record deleted, email hello@pepathary.app from the address associated with your purchase, or write to Techlathery LLC. We will delete it and confirm when it is done.
Two things worth knowing. Deleting the purchase record does not cancel a subscription - you cancel that in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings - and it may end our ability to restore a past purchase for you. The app store keeps its own transaction records under its own policy, which we do not control.
